160296 Backfill 1159362 - Assignment for 16 weeks to cover FMLA Distance is measured by a straight line not driving distance RN for acute dialysis: NEED to be flexible as shifts will be 10 hour days 7am-1730pm. every other weekend commitment and on call hours: call and floating expected. Apheresis experience preferred/ PEDS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving Christmas Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Requirements: AHA BLS required Prior travel is required A minimum of 3 years of experience Experience in large (500+ beds) teaching facility Must have experience in acute unit working with very sick patients EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday No block schedules for any reason Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday next available is 12/29 Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count EMR facility type etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area please ensure you have reliable transportation personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of Novem
