Position Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required; travel experience preferred
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
EMR: Epic
Degree Requirement: Degree accreditation must be included on profile
- If not provided, candidate must have at least 5 years of experience
Floating:
- Flexibility required
- Travelers are first to float
- May float to sister campuses as needed
Ratios: 1:4–5
Schedule Guarantee: 36-hour guarantee (no 48-hour options)
Interview Process: HWL interview and offer

Radius Rule

Candidate must live 50+ miles from permanent address to qualify.

Facility Expectations

Culture is very important—travelers are welcomed into the unit and expected to function as core staff.
Hard document deadline: Monday prior to start.
- No exceptions for pending documents.
