Description

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in a fast-paced critical care setting.
Perform assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams for safe, quality care.
Uphold nursing standards, ethics, and organizational policies.
Support teamwork, communication, and mentorship.
Participate in performance improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

Education: ADN required; BSN preferred
License/Certifications: Current Georgia RN license, BLS, ACLS
Experience: 2+ years in acute care (critical care preferred)
