Location: Arizona
Experience Required:
• Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma ICU experience
• Travel experience preferred

Licensure Requirements:
• Active Arizona or Compact RN license
• No license hits
• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered (must include a copy of driver’s license with submission)

Certifications Required:
• ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• All certifications must be active at time of submission and included in the candidate packet
