Description

Travel RN – Pre/Post Cath & EP Lab

Shift: 10:00 AM – 11:30 PM | Monday–Friday | 3 shifts/week
Float: May float to Einstein Cath Lab
Flu vaccine required

Unit Overview

This role supports the Pre/Post Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, caring for patients before and after cardiac catheterization and EP procedures. The unit requires strong procedural readiness, monitoring skills, and the ability to manage patients transitioning from sedation and anesthesia.

EpicCare Inpatient (Epic Systems Corporation)

Experience Requirements

Cath Lab experience preferred
Pre/Post Cath experience required
Procedural, PACU, and critical care experience required

Core Responsibilities

Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure care for cardiac cath and EP patients
Monitor hemodynamics, sedation recovery, and procedural outcomes
Collaborate closely with Cath Lab and EP Lab teams
Prepare patients for transport and safely transition care to procedural teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EpicCare Inpatient
Float to Einstein Cath Lab as needed based on unit needs
