Shift: Nights, 19:00–07:30 (3×12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week)

Position Summary

The Med Surg RN will provide high-quality inpatient nursing care on a medical-surgical unit and must also have ICU experience. This is a night-shift contract role requiring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Facility & Policy Requirements

• EMR: Cerner
• Locals: Not accepted (must live 80+ miles from facility)
• Travelers with prior assignments at facility: Must wait 1 year to return
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
• Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

Submission Requirements (Strict)

• PERMANENT Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission
• 1+ year experience in specialty (Med Surg; ICU experience also required)
• TWO recent (within 12 months) manager/supervisor references
  • Accepted: Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Director
  • Not accepted: Co-worker references
• AHA Certifications Required:
  • BLS (all travelers)
  • ACLS (all RNs)
• Standard Qualivis cover sheet completed
• All RTO must be disclosed at submission (discussed during interview)
• Background hits reviewed by facility (not automatic exclusion)
