Description

Title: Interventional Radiology Tech

Location: Fayetteville, NC 28304

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day Shift, 4x10 (07:00–17:00), weekends and call required

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

Perform Interventional Radiology procedures safely and efficiently.
Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology experience required.
Must be able to work days, weekends, and participate in call rotation.
First-time travelers accepted.
Must float within scope as needed.
Block scheduling not guaranteed.
Local candidates not accepted (50-mile radius rule).
Pending license not accepted.
RTO subject to manager approval.
Guaranteed hours apply after call-off policy (max 2 per 13-week contract).
Must meet system rules:
- Return staff must be gone 1 year.
- Travelers may complete 2 consecutive contracts (extend once), then must be gone 6 months before returning.
IR experience is mandatory.
All callouts for scheduled shifts must be made up as required.
Hospital Details: Short-term acute care, Level III Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital, Epic charting, scrubs provided.
