Shift: Nights 12 hours 6:42P - 7:12A (12 Hour Nights) 

This position performs a variety of integrated pre and post-operative critical care functions, intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner.Responsibilities(25%)*Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.(25%)*Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care according to the patient s real and/or perceived needs.(25%)*Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient s plan of care or clinical path.(25%)*Consults and collaborates with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals. Submission requirements: 2+ years of SICU Experience-RequiredOpen Heart Trained -RequiredBLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA)-RequiredTravel Experience -Highly PreferredEpic Experience -PreferredALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION(Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years Candidates' Permanent Address(Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) 

Three weekend shifts per 4 week scheduling period. (Fri and Sat)
