Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Nights
Location: Lillington, NC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive respiratory care assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients across varying acuity levels.
• Manage and monitor ventilators, airway management techniques, and oxygen delivery systems.
• Administer respiratory medications and conduct diagnostic procedures within scope (e.g., ABGs, pulmonary function testing).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
• Accurately document all patient care in the Epic charting system.
• Float between both campuses as needed and provide care within full respiratory therapy scope.
• Work every other weekend as scheduled.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Must hold an active North Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner license or Compact equivalent.
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Ability and willingness to float between campuses.
• Experience in acute care settings.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass an Advanced EKG Exam if required for assignment.

Certifications (Required):

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
