 Shift: 12 hour nights, Description: Additional Information: Position Description: General job duties. Types of procedures required. Post operative care of total joint, bariatric, cardiothoracic, and general surgical patients. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EPIC computerized charting; CPM machines for ortho patients, Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min of 1 year; able to read/interpret telemetry; thorough assessments, able to work in a fast-pace environment Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 3-12 hour shifts; weekend shifts may be required due to unit needs Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Yes- med/surg/ progressive care unit/ clinical decision unit Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 15 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
