Must have BLS (AHA) and a valid WV state license.
Must be able to start IVs.
Must wear black scrubs.
Must provide an unexpired driver’s license at submission.
Candidate’s home address must be outside 50 miles of facility.
Only 1 submission allowed across WVU system at a time.
Background hits must be disclosed at submission.
Radiation badge must be provided by agency.
