Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Float
Location: 336 Deerfield Rd, Boone, NC 28607
Start Date: 12/15/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12 (19:00 – 07:00)

Schedule & Requirements:
• Shift: 3x12 Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend; up to 2 weekends per month
• Float Required: Yes, including to CNA-level responsibilities within scope
• Orientation: 16 hours non-billable

Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1–2 years recent experience (travel experience preferred)
• Patient Ratios: Typically 1:5–6, depending on acuity and unit assignment
• EMR: Recent EPIC experience required
• Must hold an active NC RN license or Multistate Compact license

Certifications (AHA required):
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
