Description
12/15 or 1/12 Start Date Start Dates.
100-mile radius rule
Epic EMR proficiency required and recently used.
No 48-hour guarantees.
No blocked scheduling requests.
No more than 5 days of RTO.
Weekend Requirements: 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.
Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 4 (count the eves).
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; TNCC-preferred
***Must have two years ER experience - trauma Level I/II in the past three years. Level III or CAH not acceptable experience***
