Registered Nurse | Inpatient Rehabilitation | Full Time

Abilene, TX 76906

Day and Night shifts available

Competitive hourly range: $40 to $50
Attractive shift differentials:
- Weekday evenings/nights: $3.50
- Weekend days/evenings: $4.00
- Weekend nights: $7.50

We’re partnering with a respected inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Abilene, TX that’s known for excellent support, strong teamwork, and real career growth. If you’re an RN who enjoys meaningful patient relationships and wants to be part of a collaborative environment that truly values your work, this is a great opportunity.

What you can expect:

12 hour shifts on a 7 to 7:30 rotation
Openings on Days and Nights
Every other weekend rotation
Supportive nurse leadership and team culture built around communication and respect
60 Beds with patient ratios that stay around 6 to 7
Opportunities to advance on a clinical career ladder after one year
CRRN support including paid study materials, bootcamp, and testing
Orientation cohorts available in November and December
Certification support for BLS and ACLS (can be obtained onsite after hire)
