Lab/Procedure Area Details

• Number of Cath/IR Suites: 2
• Average Cases per Day: ~4 (mix of Cath + Interventional Radiology)
• Patient Types:
  • STEMI
  • NSTEMI
  • Pacemaker patients
  • IR patients (combined Cath/IR lab)

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS

Required Experience

• Cath Lab experience required
• IR experience preferred or willingness to learn

Job Duties

• Circulate and monitor Cath and IR cases
• Pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Pre-procedure and post-procedure patient calls
• Support combined Cath/IR workflow

EMR & Equipment

• Epic
• MacLab
• Siemens systems

Cardiologist Coverage

• Cardiologist on-site during the day
• On-call overnight

Shifts & Scheduling

• Shift Structure:
  • RNs work 4×9-hour shifts per week or 4×10-hour shifts

Call Requirements

• Weeknight Call:
  • Approximately 10 nights per month
• Weekend Call:
  • Every 3rd weekend (Fri–Sun)
• Holiday Call:
