RN Med Surg/Telemetry (MSU)
Scheduling Details & Charting

Shift Hours / Contract Length: Not specified
Every other weekend required
EPIC experience required
All RTO, block scheduling, or special requests must be submitted at the time of profile submission
The client may cancel up to 3 shifts during a 13-week contract without penalty
Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
First-time travelers accepted
RN radius rule: Candidates within 75 miles are not accepted
LPN locals are accepted

Required License & Certifications

Active New York single-state RN license required (no pending licenses accepted; NY is not compact)
BLS required

Required Clinical Skills

MS/Tele with cardiac monitoring and emergency response
- Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Use of Rapid Response and Code teams
Oxygen therapy skills: nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and non-invasive airway management
IV therapy and phlebotomy, including peripheral line care and management
Strict adherence to isolation precautions
