📍 Position Details
Role: Cath Lab Tech
Facility: Elkhart General Hospital
Location: 600 East Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514
Start Date: 1/20/2025
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10 Days (06:00–16:30)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

📝 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience
• ARRT R, BLS, ACLS
• Fluoro Permit
• RCIS preferred (not required)
• Cerner experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• EP experience highly recommended
• Will accept first-time travelers

📞 Call & Weekend Expectations
• Call required: every 3rd weekend + 1–2 weekday calls
• Weekend requirement: Call only
• Holiday requirement: Call as scheduled

🏥 Unit Info
• Daily Caseload: ~12 cases
• 3 Cath Lab rooms
• Possible float to IR (if proficient)
• Scrubs: Blue
• Trauma Level III facility

📌 Compliance & Notes
• Will accept pending IN license, must be active by start
• Max RTO: 10 days
• Local radius rule: must live 50+ miles from facility
• Auto-offer job — no interview
