Position Summary
Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to support case management functions in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma medical center. This position requires strong clinical judgment, discharge planning skills, interdisciplinary communication, and experience coordinating care across complex inpatient environments.

- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center – Preferred
