Nurse Case Manager (2 years)

Description

RN Case Manager
Shift: Monday–Friday, Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Contract Length: 91 weeks

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Active, unrestricted Alaska RN license (required). Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. National Case Management Certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of case management experience, with experience in tribal or Alaska Native health systems helpful.
