RN – CVOR (Scrub Experience Required)
Cardiac Call Required

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of direct CVOR experience
• Scrub experience required (traveler will work in this capacity)
• First-time travelers: Accepted

Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS (required at time of submission)
• NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Schedule & Call:

• Cardiac call required
• Approx. 6 call shifts per month (minimum)
  • 1 per weekday
  • 2 weekend shifts (24-hour shifts)
• May increase up to 10 per month if short-staffed
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • 36 hrs for 3x12s
  • 40 hrs for 8s/10s
• Block scheduling: Not available
• Floating: Within scope as needed

Licensure:

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Pending license: Not accepted

RTO:

• All RTO must be included at submission; additional requests likely not approved

Special Requirements:

• Must have strong Cardiac OR experience
• Must be able to learn the setup and begin call
• Will take other OR cases when CVOR cases are not available
• Traveler must complete time-sensitive modules promptly once confirmed

Facility Policies:

• Smoke-free facility: All travelers must be nicotine-free
  • Negative 10-panel drug screen + cotinine required
