Description

📍 Position: Pharmacist
⏰ Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
🧭 Experience: Minimum 2 years as a licensed Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities

Dispenses medications accurately and in a timely manner
Resolves questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications in accordance with policies and procedures
Provides dosing and therapeutic recommendations, considering patient age and kinetics based on current literature
Performs patient education, including:
- Proper dosage and administration
- Timing and adherence
- Potential side effects
- Drug interactions
- Any additional counseling per department requirements

Required Skills

Chemo preparation experience (CHEMO PREP)
Ability to float between:
- Critical Care
- Pediatrics
- Oncology
- Transplant
- Medicine
- Cardiac units

Education

Required:

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy

Experience

2+ years minimum as a licensed Pharmacist (required)
