Radius Rule Will accept locals within 50 miles 10% reduction to bill rate applies Assignment Details NBO: 16 hours EMR: EPIC OT/Holiday Rate: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.5x multiplier (2-hour minimum) On-Call: $9/hr Charge/Precept: $6/hr Billable Overtime For 36–40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40 hrs For 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48 hrs 2025 Holiday Requirements Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving Only 1 day off allowed between 11/26/25–11/30/25 and 12/23/25–1/2/26, regardless of holidays worked Unit Information Bed Size: 24 Patient Ratios: Days/Evenings: 1:5 Nights: 1:6
