Hiring Process Profile Review: MedSol Clinical Interview: Unit Manager at the facility Radius Rule: Must live 60+ miles from the facility DL Required: Driver’s license must be submitted Orientation: Clinicians must be in-state for orientation week, even if first-day modules are remote Department: CT Tech – SCG Required Certifications BLS ARRT ARRT (CT) Kansas State License Department & Equipment Scanners: 1 GE 64-slice scanner Float Requirements: None EMR: Epic PACS: Fuji Synapse Supervision: Alex Argueta – Lead Tech Rick McManemon – Director RRAs Used: No Radiologist On-Site: In-house: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 07:30–16:00 After hours: Coverage available as needed Job Duties Perform all CT exams including: Trauma Stroke General CT imaging IV contrast administration (experience required) Overnight position — IVs are started by ED or inpatient RNs, not the technologist Maintain patient safety and follow department protocols Required Experience / Skills Strong experience performing CT scans Comfortable administering IV contrast Ability to work independently on overnight shifts Experience in trauma and high-acuity imaging preferred Shift & Scheduling Position: Weekend Overnight Self-Scheduling: Not available Block Scheduling: Not available Weekend / Holiday / Call Requirements Weekend: Required (weekend overnight role) Holiday: Required (department is staffed on holidays) Call/Standby: None — CT staffed 24/7 Dress Code No specific scrub color required Scrubs not provided Orientation Full department orientation provided Must complete facility orientation requirements Additional Notes This is a fast-paced overnight weekend role Strong communication, independence, and professionalism are essential
