Care Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Home Health (depending on assignment)

EMR: Cerner

Certifications Required:
• PT/OT/SLP – BLS
 

Unit Details – Inpatient/Outpatient:
• PT: Ortho, Neuro, Wound Care, Lymphedema, Peds; Acute Care experience required
• PT/OT may work inpatient or outpatient depending on facility need
• Orientation: Several shifts
• Weekend Requirement: ~3 weekend shifts per quarter (flexible/negotiable)
 

Outpatient Hours: Clinic open 6 AM–7 PM (start times vary)

Inpatient Shift Times:
• PT: 8-hour shifts (varied start times)
 

Uniform Requirements:
• Inpatient: Facility-provided Dignity Health polos
• Outpatient: Business casual (collared shirt, professional pants)
 

Additional Notes:
• Ideal candidates have both inpatient and outpatient experience (not required)
• Acute care experience required for inpatient roles (including total joints)
• Outpatient roles require ortho & neuro experience (PT), and hand therapy experience (OT)
 

Guaranteed Hours: 40
