Travel RN Oncology Position - Cleveland, Ohio
Job Details

Job Description
- Care for a complex medical oncology population
- Step-down experience highly preferred
- ACLS certification required
- Interpretation of cardiac arrhythmias required
- Expertise in chemotherapy administration and monitoring side effects
- High level of respiratory care including trachs, chest tubes, Airvo, CPAP/BiPAP
- Ability to identify rapidly changing patient conditions and multitask in critical situations
- Experience with end-of-life care and hospice
Required Certifications & Credentials
- Oncology Certified Nurse (ONCC)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- Valid permanent RN license (no temporary licenses accepted)
- MMR immunity (positive titers or approved booster protocol)
- COVID-19 vaccine proof or approved exemption (preferred, not required)
- Fit Test (completed within 1 year)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Varicella immunity (positive titers or approved booster protocol)
- Tdap vaccination (proof within past 10 years)
- Influenza vaccine (proof required Oct-Mar or approved exemption)
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA test (within last 6 months)
- Physical/Health exam (within 1 year, must state ability to work without restrictions)
Background & Compliance Requirements
- Ohio fingerprint background check (BCI&I and FCRA-compliant national criminal background check)
- Criminal background check including SSN trace, county searches, national criminal sweep, and NSO (within 6 months)
- Social Security trace (if not included in background check)
- National OIG exclusion list search (within 6 months)
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC clearance (within 6 months)
- Drug screen (10-panel, within 60 days of start, no instant screens)
- UHS I-9 attestation for work eligibility
- Education verification (highest level, no attestations)
- Employment verification (within 5 years, third-party verified)
- Competency exams with minimum 80% score (within 1 year)
- Core competencies training (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, etc., within 1 year)
- Skills checklist (clinical skills, within 1 year)
- UHS module completion certificate (safety and compliance training)
- Badge photo (professional headshot, JPEG)
Additional Notes
- Resume must include education, work history, and two professional references within the last 2 years
- Job application must be completed using agency form
- Attestations are generally not accepted unless specifically allowed (e.g., fingerprint attestation pending results)
This position requires a highly skilled oncology RN with strong critical care and chemotherapy experience, night shift availability, and comprehensive credentialing and compliance documentation.
