Description

RN Case Manager (Utilization Review)

Experienced RN Case Manager with 7+ years in acute care, inpatient case management, home health, and behavioral health

✔ Strong inpatient hospital case management background
✔ Expertise in discharge planning, care coordination, and transitions of care
✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and third-party payor. requirements
✔ Proficient in EPIC EMR
✔ Experience in Trauma Level II and acute care settings
✔ Available for temp-to-perm or 13-week travel assignments.

Open to M–F, 40-hour guaranteed in acute care settings.
