*Requirements:

*IN or Compact state license required
*Day shifts/7am - 3pm/8 hours shift/5 shifts per week
*Locals are not allowed/ Travelers must be greater than 50 miles away from the facility
*Must have two years of experience as RN-Care management
*Discharge planning experience in hospital setting care management
*BLS required
