Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight during night shift operations. The House Supervisor will support hospital units and ensure safe, high-quality patient care standards are maintained. This role will require floating to multiple departments—including ER, ICU, and Med/Surg—to provide coverage for meal breaks and operational needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee hospital operations during night shift
Support clinical teams across units as required
Ensure compliance with patient care standards and safety protocols
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Coordinate patient flow and bed placement
Serve as point of contact for administrative or escalation matters

Required Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
NRP certification preferred
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience
Ability to float to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg as needed
Proof of negative TB screening within the last 12 months

Additional Details

No holiday coverage required
Bilingual not required
Must be available for night shift schedule
