Description
Position Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Oakland, CA
Total Travel Package: $3,339/ week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package*
· Taxable wages: $1,680.00
· Weekly lodging allowance: $1015.00
· Weekly meals / incidentals: $644.00
Requirements:
- Competency program when applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
CA Rad License, Fluoro, Cert, BLS, ACLS, Cath Lab/IR Experience Required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists physicians with diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. Specializes in the care of patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, EP devices and ablations. The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist functions as a technical resource and provides scrub assistance to cardiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures.
