🔍 Fast Screening Requirements

• Experience:
  • 1 year RN experience required (Med Surg acceptable)
  • Oncology/Chemo experience NOT required – willing to train
• Certs Required: BLS
• Skills Required:
  • IV therapy/infusions
  • Blood product administration
  • Central line/port care
  • Telemetry monitoring & interpretation
  • Isolation precautions
  • Med Surg experience
• Preferred Skills/Certs:
  • Chemo administration (cert preferred but not required)
  • PCA pump management
  • BMT experience
• Charting: EPIC (required throughout BJC system)
• Travel Experience: Not required
• Float: Yes — within Oncology service line
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Ratio: 1:4 for all shifts
• License:
  • MO or compact license acceptable
  • Must match permanent residence state
  • No locals within 75 miles

• Population: Adults
• Diagnoses:
  • Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma
  • BMT complications (GVHD, etc.)
• Procedures:
  • Auto stem cell transplants
  • Chemotherapy administration
• Must pass Relias EKG Exam (dysrhythmia interpretation required)
• Interdisciplinary support: RT, PT, Pharmacy, RRT, Radiology, IV Team, Social Services, Unit Secretary
