Job Details – RN Operating Room

Position: RN – Operating Room
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days | 5×8-hour shifts (06:45–15:15)
Start Date: January 12, 2026

Unit & Requirements

Ratios: 1:2
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Weekend Requirement: If on-call, staff may be bumped to work and may be required to work weekends
Certifications Required: BLS
On-Call Requirement: Yes — 9–12 call shifts per 6-week schedule period
Floating: Yes, within scope as needed
Block Schedule: Not available
Local Candidates Accepted: No (must live 75+ miles from the facility)
Pending License: Accepted
RTO: Up to 7 days
Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks; canceled shifts must be the regular assigned shift length
Special Requirements: Must have general OR and trauma experience

Pay Breakdown

Hourly Pay Rate:

W2 Regular Time: $25.00/hr
W2 Overtime: $37.50/hr
