Pay: Up to $67.88 per hour

Job description:

Start date:12/29 or ASAP

Contract weeks:13

Years of Experience::2 Years as physical therapist

Required Certifications::BLS &Willing to wait for MN states license but need to be in hand on the start date 

Shift Notes: Shift is typically 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday; Friday 8am-3pm. No call is required, no evenings or weekends required. There is possibility off working alone, if the staff Physical Therapist has a day off.
