ECMO RN Night SHIFT ECMO Specialist Training and experience greater than 6 months up to 1 year manage the ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) system

This is not ICU RN** This is ECMO ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) system is a MUST*** ECMO Specialist Training and experience greater than 6 months up to 1 year The RN Critical Care Specialist is a technical specialist trained to manage the ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) system and the clinical needs of patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed, ECMO-trained physician. This includes the management and monitoring of the ECMO machine, as well as circuit management and medical and mechanical emergencies. This role will care for open-heart surgery patients as assigned and manage other extracorporeal and critical care devices, such as continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), Impella, and balloon pumps. Works closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and ensure the best outcomes for critically ill patients.
