Description
RN – MS/Tele Float
Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier
Ratios: 1:5-6 for Days and weekends, 1:6 for Nights
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule minimum (weekend= Saturday/Sunday); plus holiday rotation obligation
Certs REQ: Certs REQ: BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required
Certs Preferred: NIH
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Will float to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro
- Float process: If we pre-assign the worker to a particular unit for any part of their contract with us, it will be communicated to the worker along with the timeframe for the pre-assignment.
- Workers that remain in our float pool are asked to call in to a recorded line up to 1 hour before the scheduled shift start time, to receive their unit assignment for that shift.
