Description
Behavioral Health Nurse (RN or LPN) – Southeast Alaska
Location: Southeast Alaska (SEARHC)
Weekly Pay Estimate: Competitive – includes $10,000 Sign-On + $10,000 Relocation Bonus
Assignment: Full-Time | Permanent
Facility Type: Non-profit Tribal Health Consortium
Shift: Day shift | M–F schedule

Position Summary
Join SEARHC as a Behavioral Health Nurse and play a key role in providing strength-based, culturally sensitive care for individuals facing behavioral health conditions and serious mental illness. You’ll work within the Behavioral Health Division to support patients in recovery, medication management, care planning, and education.
Responsibilities
- Medication education, refills, monitoring side effects
- Provide injections and lab collection
- Behavioral health coaching and psychoeducation
- Coordinate care across primary and specialty providers
- Accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Requirements
- Active RN license (Alaska or any U.S. state) — LPNs considered with 5+ years BH experience
- BLS certification
- 6+ months nurse case management experience
- Experience with SUD, triage, or community mental health (preferred)
