Travel RN Psych
Location: Lawton, OK

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality mental health nursing care to adolescent patients with diverse psychiatric and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patients’ mental and physical health, administer medications, and respond to emergent situations as needed.
Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
Adapt to varying patient care ratios depending on specific requirements to ensure optimal care delivery.
May be required to float to different units or locations to support team needs.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid RN license and active licensure in the state of employment.
Ability to pass an OKDHS fingerprinting background check.
Flexibility to work additional shifts or floating assignments as required.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to adolescent mental health.
