Description

  • Provide rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute, urgent, and life-threatening conditions.
  • Perform quick triage assessments, prioritize care based on acuity, and initiate emergency interventions.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses, escalating care as needed.
  • Assist with trauma care, procedures, and resuscitation efforts following ED protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, discharge instructions, and follow-up care when appropriate.
Must have 1+ year of ED Experience Must BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certificates Must have RN CT State License
