Description

Shift & Schedule

Primary shifts: 12-hour evenings (12H eves)
May also work 10-hour and 12-hour evening shifts as needed (36–40 hours/week)
Start times: 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM
Flexibility to work day shifts (starting at 7:00 AM) when needed

On-Call Requirements

Up to 4 call shifts per month, including weekends and holidays
Short call: 2 hours after a scheduled shift, once per week
Weekend call:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (once per month)
Weeknight overnight call:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Required once per week when working day shifts

Required Experience & Qualifications

1–3 years of Operating Room experience required
Strong Orthopedic experience required, including Total Joint procedures
Experience in Orthopedics, Total Joints, Gynecology, and General Surgery required
Massachusetts RN License required
BLS from AHA
