Description

2+ years of Case Management experience required.

Shift: 0800-1630 Monday-Friday.
Weekend requirement is one weekend shift a month.
RN License required.
BLS required.
Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred.
Will be required to float to sister campuses as needed. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Radius Rule 50 miles from facility to perm address.
FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.
