Certifications

Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Description

Required Skills

Valid Michigan RN license
Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU and Medical-Surgical experience
Med-Surg (4-6:1), ICU (2-3:1)
Ability to float seamlessly between units including Med-Surg, CCU, MICU, TCU, and other designated units
Excellent critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with multiple hospital floors and diverse patient populations
Prior travel nursing experience
Knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency procedures

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
At least 1 year of recent experience in ICU and Med-Surg settings
