Experience Requirements:

Minimum 24 months of recent CT Tech experience required
Prior travel experience required

License Requirements:

Active Arizona license required
Compact license accepted
No license hits permitted

Certification Requirements:

ARRT required
BLS required (AHA or American Red Cross only)
All certifications must be active at submission and included with the submission

Additional Requirements:

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered. A copy of the driver’s license must be included with submission.
No RTO approved within the first week or during holidays. Total RTO may not exceed 7 days.
