Overview

Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment at its Benson, MN clinic. This role is primarily Outpatient, with limited Inpatient and Home Health coverage. The clinic promotes hands-on, patient-centered care and values teamwork, flexibility, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient clinic setting
• Deliver occasional inpatient and home health therapy services as needed
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Ability to work across OP, limited IP, and limited HH settings
• Willingness to complete 4-week onboarding
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently in a community-based / rural clinic

Experience

• Minimum experience: Less than 1 year accepted
• Outpatient experience preferred
