Details

Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Weekend Requirement: One (1) weekend shift per month
Radius Rule: No local candidates within 50 miles of facility (based on permanent address)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of Case Management experience required

Licensure & Certifications (Required / Preferred)

RN License required
- Nursys verification must be included on the profile
BLS required
Care Management Certification preferred:
- ACM or CCM

Education Requirement

Degree accreditation must be clearly listed on the profile
- OR candidate must have 5 years of experience

Floating Requirements

Floating is required
Travelers will be first to float
May be required to float to sister campuses as needed

Interviews

HWL prescreen interview
Manager final interview and offer
