Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Day Shift
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Dates: 1/5 or 1/12
Orientation Dates: 1/5 or 1/12
Shift: Days | 03:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
On-Call: None

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Emergency Room RN for a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department in Los Angeles, California. This role is best suited for seasoned ER nurses who are familiar with California ratios and thrive in structured, high-expectation environments.

Requirements:

• Active California RN License (must be current)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and Fire Card required

Experience:

• 7+ years of ER nursing experience required
• Prior experience within a Kaiser system strongly preferred
• Day shift staff are highly experienced; most have 20+ years of experience
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Candidates must understand and be comfortable with California nurse-to-patient ratios
• Previous employees who were terminated from a Kaiser system will not be accepted
• Proven performers strongly preferred
• Local travelers accepted

Floating & Unit Expectations:

• No floating required outside of the ER
• RNs will rotate through all ER assignments within the department
