Requirements
• Active RN License
• BLS (AHA) — AHA or American Red Cross Accepted
• ACLS (AHA) — AHA or American Red Cross Accepted
• NIHSS Certification
• Minimum 18 Months required experience per facility (Med Surg/Tele)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients
• Manage Telemetry monitoring and recognize rhythm changes
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate charting and follow all safety protocols
• Support patient education and discharge planning
