Job Overview
An acute care hospital in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Manager for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for a strong perioperative leader who can oversee daily OR operations while remaining clinically engaged in a smaller hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the operating room
• Coordinate OR staffing, schedules, and daily workflow
• Provide hands-on clinical support and circulate as needed
• Ensure compliance with AORN standards and hospital policies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership
• Maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Support staff oversight, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• Significant Operating Room experience required
• Prior OR leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required (additional certifications may be required)
• Strong knowledge of perioperative workflows and regulatory standards
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, small acute care environment
