Job Overview
A long-term care community in Decorah, Iowa is seeking reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an evening-shift travel assignment. This role supports resident care, medication administration, and evening nursing oversight in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes
Support CNAs and assist with activities of daily living as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Uphold safety, dignity, and quality-of-care standards

Requirements

Active LPN license in Iowa or compact state
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong communication skills
Comfort working evening shifts with variable scheduling
