Description

PCU Registered Nurse – Position Details

• Contract: 13 weeks, 3×12 night shifts (18:45–07:15)
• Patient ratios: 1:5
• Experience required: 1 year required, 2 years preferred
• First-time travelers accepted: Yes
• Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts per Saint Luke’s 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Holidays and charge RN assignments: As needed per unit
• Floating: Yes, regular floating may be required within scope between departments, units, and facilities
• Certifications required: BLS, NIHSS
• Certifications preferred: ACLS
• Special requirements: Experience with intermediate level of care, including stroke, heart failure, SI, ETOH withdrawal, respiratory failure, pneumonia, GI bleed, syncope, TIA, falls, COVID, flu, C. diff, CBI, post-surgical patients requiring higher-level monitoring, renal failure, cardiac drips, and heparin
