Description

Job Overview
An outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Landover, Maryland is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for a PT who prefers evening shifts and enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient environment focused on functional recovery and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations and progress notes
Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members

Requirements

Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong orthopedic and functional rehabilitation skills
Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload efficiently
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Evening shifts
Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

13-week Travel PT assignment in an outpatient setting in Landover, MD. Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Active MD PT license required. Outpatient experience preferred.
