1. Min 18 months Med/Tele RN experience required 2. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 3. General Med/Tele skillset: Stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management, etc), PCA pumps 4. Will be required to float per region needs 5. Every other weekend and every other holiday required
